Thriving Lotus Therapy, a group private practice in Santa Clarita, CA is looking for part time and/or full time psychotherapists to join our group practice. We have an office location in Valencia. Position is flexible in office and/or remote. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of California and registered with CAQH. Compensation is a flat fee based off sessions completed, and paid out bi-weekly. Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Thriving Lotus Therapy provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee status.

Requirements are:

*Master's Education

*Current State of California license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC (registered ASW, AMFT, APCC with at least 1,500 hrs considered)
*Registered with CAQH
*Willing to work 15 hours per week or more

*Paneled with insurances is a plus
*Prior private practice or group practice experience is a plus
