Hello,

My name is Adison and I am a registered Associate of Clinical Social Work.

My passions include supporting clients who experience anxiety, depression, perfectionism, life stress, and a multitude of other challenges that can cause them to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, worthless, or even broken. I am also trained in brainspotting (BSP), a somatic modality that can aid in the treatment of trauma, mental health conditions, and the processing of negative emotions and stress.

I work with teens and young adults exploring identity, independence, and relationships, LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking affirming, identity-aligned care, people in the perinatal and postpartum period, Highly sensitive persons (HSPs), Survivors of relational trauma, abuse, or neglect, Anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety), Depression and mood disorders (including Bipolar II), OCD and related disorders, PTSD and complex trauma.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Originally from the state of Florida, I attended the University of Central Florida, where I received my Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Social Work in 2022 and 2023. In the Winter of 2024 and Spring of 2025, I attended Phase 1 and 2 of Brainspotting training, where I spent a total of 48 hours across six days learning and honing my skills as a brainspotting practitioner. I am passionate about the healing capacity of brainspotting and how it can aid in the therapeutic process.

APPROACH
My approach is founded on cultivating self-worth and honoring what it means to be “human”. My style is compassionate and calming, and I aim to bring genuineness, warmth, and comfort to every session. I often pull from the modalities of IFS (parts work or inner child work), DBT, and BSP, however underlying every session is my emphasis on dual attunement- in other words, helping you go deeper into your experience while making sure you feel safe, understood, and not alone in it.
