EDUCATION & TRAINING

I began my academic journey at Glendale Community College, where I earned an Associate Degree in Addiction Studies and Counseling and became certified in the field. I went on to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Arizona State University in 2019. In 2022, I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Palo Alto University.

Throughout my education and clinical training, I have worked with diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. In addition, I have received specialized training in the Gottman Method, allowing me to effectively support couples in strengthening communication, managing conflict, and building healthier, more connected relationships.

APPROACH

I believe that each client and relationship is unique, and therapy should reflect that individuality. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, working closely with clients to identify goals and develop a treatment plan that feels supportive and effective. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method when working with couples, to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
